FELIX COCKTAILS ET CUISINE - an all-day, Parisian restaurant embracing the best of craft cocktails, French-inspired fare, and laissez-faire dining culture. Owned and operated by F lix Landrum, whose parents are both from Paris, the eponymous restaurant evokes his love for the city and serves as a neighborhood cornerstone for long, leisurely gatherings, whether that be over brunch, lunch, dinner, or drinks.

LA CAVE - an intimate French dining room led by Chef Alex Eaton. Located next door to Felix, and accessible via an adjoining stone entryway, La Cave's soft, inviting atmosphere evokes the slower pace of the south of France. The dinner menu centers on seasonal, ingredient-driven dishes, complemented by an exceptional selection of French wines, thoughtfully crafted cocktails, and select whiskies.

We're Looking For...

A service-focused Assistant General Manager with 3+ years of experience in upscale, high-volume restaurants. You lead by example, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and know how to create memorable experiences through seamless service and warm hospitality. Day to day, you'll own the floor during service, mentor your FOH team, and make sure every guest leaves feeling like they were the priority.

Responsible For...
  • Daily Operations: Lead daily floor operations during service, ensuring smooth execution and a consistently excellent guest experience across both Felix and La Cave.
  • Service Standards: Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, pacing, and presentation. Support staff in delivering thoughtful, detail-driven service throughout each shift.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support front-of-house team members, helping to train, coach, and motivate in real time.
  • Guest Relations: Act as a point of contact for guest concerns or feedback during service. Build rapport with regulars and first-time guests alike.
  • Operational Support: Assist with opening and closing procedures, inventory of FOH supplies, and communication across departments. Support the GM and AGM in daily administrative and operational tasks.

What You Can Expect

  • Schedule: Your schedule may vary (days, nights, weekends, holidays) based on seasonality, covers, and hours of operation. You can expect to work 45-50 hours per week
