Qualifications include a JD, active bar membership, 8+ years of litigation experience (preferably in real estate), and strong negotiation and communication skills.
The position offers a salary range of $195,500 to $230,000, with benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
The work environment is hybrid, with up to 10% travel required.
