Essential Personnel is seeking a dependable and motivated Assistant Gas Station Manager to support daily operations for a busy convenience store and fueling location in Kearney. Ideal candidates will have previous leadership, retail or customer service experience along with strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred candidates are team-oriented, customer focused and comfortable working in a fast pace environment. If you enjoy leading a team, are ready to support day to day operations and have a superior attendance record, we want to hear from you!

Requirements for Assistant Gas Station Manager:

  • Leadership experience

  • Strong attendance record

  • Able to multitask

  • Computer skills

  • Flexible scheduling availability preferred

Responsibilities for Assistant Gas Station Manager:

  • Assist with day to day operational support

  • Assist with team supervision

  • Assist with scheduling, training and employee support

  • Monitor and manage inventory

  • Support management with daily reports and other operational tasks
