Creekside High School is looking to hire an Assistant Football Coach for the 2026-2027 season. This is a part-time stipend position. Responsibilities include assisting in developing and implementing a comprehensive football program that promotes skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The assistant coach will assist in planning and leading football practices and team meetings, assist in coordinating and attending all football events, including games, competitions, and community performances, collaborate with school administrators, athletic directors, and other coaches to ensure the success of the football program, maintain open communication with coaches, athletes, parents, and boosters regarding team activities, schedules, and expectations, and manage eligibility and administrative policies and procedures.
Qualifications include previous coaching experience in football, preferably at the high school level, strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, commitment to promoting a positive team culture and fostering the personal development of student-athletes, required certification in CPR, first aid, sudden cardiac arrest, concussion, and heat illness, and willingness to adhere to all school and athletic department policies and procedures.
