Description: Southern Arkansas University, a NCAA Division II member institution and member of the Great American Conference (GAC) is seeking applicants for the position of Assistant Football Coach (O-Line Coach) and someone who is certified in strength and conditioning. Candidates will be expected to be in full compliance with the University, NCAA, and GAC regulations.

Duties: support the head coach in all phases of a highly competitive program included but not limited to: working directly with the Head Coach in formulating game plans and scouting opponents; implementing weekly game plan pertaining to offense; classroom setting film review of practices and games; must be willing to work tirelessly and cohesively with the entire coaching staff and the administration of the university; have a sincere interest in the development of student-athletes and will be responsible for discipline and mentoring the players on offense and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred; demonstrate evidence of successful experience in coaching; record of success in collegiate and/or interscholastic coaching; effective communication, excellent written and oral communication skills with a strong attention to detail; knowledge of Hudl, Excel, and Word; interpersonal skills and commitment to total success of students.
