Responsibilities include assisting with coaching and development (60%), recruitment (20%), organizing practices and meetings (10%), and supporting the head coach (10%).
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree, knowledge of NCAA rules, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and collegiate playing or coaching experience preferred.
Skills required are relationship-building, coaching abilities, and ability to work independently within deadlines.
