Duties --------

To help each participating student achieve a high level of skill, an appreciation for the values of discipline, academics, and sportsmanship, and an increased level of self-esteem. These positions are renewed on a yearly basis by the Board of Education.

Qualifications -------------

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Knowledge of the activity and of the rules of the activity
• Establish and maintain effective and courteous working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, students, parents, and staff
• Ability to understand and follow basic oral and written instructions
• Ability to communicate to students, parents, and staff in an acceptable and courteous manner
• Enforce school regulations and policies in a professional manner
• Follow IESA/HSA coaching qualifications established by state governing bodies
