Petersburg, FL. In this key role, you'll oversee dining operations for a campus primarily in the mornings Sunday through Thursdays, with Friday and Saturdays off. Of course if a catering event occurs, you may work at those events. The schedule Monday through Thursdays is typically 6 AM - 3 PM and on Sundays it is typically longer, 8 AM - 6:30 PM. This is a two manager account, so you each cover for each other for vacations, etc.We're seeking an approachable, highly organized leader who is passionate about food and hospitality.
