Petersburg, FL. In this key role, you'll oversee dining operations for a campus primarily in the mornings Sunday through Thursdays, with Friday and Saturdays off. Of course if a catering event occurs, you may work at those events. The schedule Monday through Thursdays is typically 6 AM - 3 PM and on Sundays it is typically longer, 8 AM - 6:30 PM. This is a two manager account, so you each cover for each other for vacations, etc.We're seeking an approachable, highly organized leader who is passionate about food and hospitality. The ideal candidate brings strong communication and leadership skills, a commitment to outstanding service, and the ability to build meaningful connections with students, faculty, and guests.If you're ready to lead, create, and make a meaningful impact through food, this is your opportunity.
