We are looking for a reliable and versatile Assistant Food & Beverage professional to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in bartending and serving who is also eager to learn and support back-of-house operations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide excellent service in both bar and floor settings
  • Assist with daily front-of-house operations and guest experience
  • Step in to support back-of-house tasks as needed (training provided)
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Answer FOH-related questions and support team members during service
  • Assist with planning and executing events
  • Help maintain smooth operations in the absence of management
Requirements:


  • Prior experience in bartending and serving
  • Willingness to learn back-of-house responsibilities
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends
  • Ability to be on-call when needed, including covering shifts if management is out of town
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude

Wage DOE $40,000 - $60,000. Includes event comp and tips.
