**Job Summary:**
The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage services. This role involves supporting the Food and Beverage Director in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high service standards, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for food and beverage service, and the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in managing the daily food and beverage operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service standards.
- Support in planning and executing events, promotions, and special activities.
- Work closely with the Food and Beverage Director to develop and implement departmental goals, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain inventory, manage supplies, and work within budgetary constraints.
- Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards in all dining areas.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to deliver a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing customer feedback to implement improvements.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, preferably within a hospitality or restaurant setting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
