The Assistant Executive Steward oversees stewarding operations across all food and beverage outlets and banquets at a historic, luxury resort.
Reporting to the Executive Steward, responsibilities include managing a team of up to 50 staff, ensuring proper department functions, developing training programs, scheduling, and supporting banquet and outlet events.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of high-volume food & beverage management experience, strong organizational and leadership skills, and familiarity with banquet operations. Union experience is a plus.
