Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review, compile, and distribute bid invites daily to all divisions
• Assist the Estimating Coordinator in receiving, distributing, and communicating changes made to bid documents
• Send job walk/prebid meeting calendar invites to interested JET Estimators
• Maintain communication with GCs to update bid status and receive new bid opportunities
• Research new plan centers and bid opportunities as requested by the Estimating Coordinator

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• No estimating experience needed
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Excellent communication skills, including writing
• Attention to detail.
• Basic Proficiency in English required. Candidates must have a basic understanding of English for safety purposes and to communicate with colleagues, vendors, and contractors on-site effectively. The ability to follow instructions and engage with the team is essential for success in this role.
