Assistant District Manager

This position will assist the district manager in the overseeing and execution of daily operations across four ZAXBYS locations (Lavonia,GA, Elberton,GA, Walhalla,SC, and Pickens,SC)

• Recruitment, onboarding, training, and tracking of development of all team members through the online ZAXBYS University portal
• LTO Rollouts at all locations to ensure proper training of new menu items
• Utilizing brand specific software to guide management in daily operations relating to speed of service, inventory, and labor
• Enforcing brand standards and performing assessments at each location to make sure standards are met
• Driving is required for this position
• Restaurant experience is required/Please include all in your resume
• Upon hiring, in store training and "Operations Training Manager" certification will be completed within a set timeframe
• This is a full time position intended to be Monday-Friday
