Job Summary
The Assistant Director supports the Director in managing and coordinating nursing services to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. This leadership role assists with planning, organizing, developing, and directing the day-to-day functions of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and standards of care.

Physical Requirements
