GENERAL PURPOSE
The Assistant Director of Residence Life is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and facilities management of Molloy University's three residence halls, helping to maintain the housing database (ERezlife), student engagement platform (Anthology Engage), and student conduct software (Maxient). This position is also the primary liaison with Facilities and Campus Services, ensuring a seamless experience for all residents. The Assistant Director also serves as an on-call administrator for the residence halls and co-supervises the RA staff.

When determining the salary offer for a new employee, Molloy considers several key characteristics such as job knowledge, skills, and experience as well as internal and external equity. The hiring salary for this position is $61,200.00.This hiring salary represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation at the time of posting.
