What You'll Do:
We’re looking for an Assistant Director of Product Management to lead our Salesforce CRM product family within our Enterprise Experience Enablement team. This group supports four product teams focused on data, email, environment, security/identity, and lead management, powering the systems behind customer experiences across the organization. You’ll be responsible for a key Salesforce ecosystem that enables teams to manage customer data and interactions at scale, directly supporting our goal of improving customer experiences and ensuring financial security is accessible to all.
You’ll lead and develop a team of three Product Managers who are delivering business outcomes across cross-functional teams. You’ll shape product strategy, strengthen product management practices (including discovery and product health measurement) to align with our enterprise Product COE and product organization, and set direction to strategically grow the product family. You'll bring both strong product leadership and working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and modern technologies, including AI.
You'll have the opportunity to
- Build and scale high-performing teams, leading and coaching Product Managers to deliver high-quality products and achieve important results
- Shape product strategy by defining and executing the vision and roadmap for a large scale Salesforce CRM platform aligned to enterprise priorities and customer outcomes, communicating priority and goals
- Lead through data and insight, identifying key problems, influencing decisions, and driving measurable business and customer outcomes
- Foster innovation and growth, advancing platform capabilities and enabling new solutions that support future business needs
- Drive cross-functional alignment, partnering with engineering, design, business, and product leaders to deliver seamless, customer-centered experiences
- Act as a product leader and change agent, strengthening product management practices and elevating the discipline across the department
- Influence across the enterprise, collaborating with peer product leaders to drive alignment and outcomes across platforms, domains, and business units
- Own product performance, using data to assess product health, track outcomes, and continuously optimize impact and investment

Who You Are:
- 8+ years of business, technology, or product management experience; or equivalent demonstrated through the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education
- 5+ years working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced product environment
- 2+ years of formal leadership experience, coaching and mentoring in a professional setting
- Experience partnering with teams in a matrixed environment and supporting technology products through an agile environment
- Experience resolving solutions to complicated problems using good judgment and positive relationships to assess risk, and lay-out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed narrative
- Excellent communication skills include the ability to influence and negotiate with partners at all levels of the company while advising on complex expectations
- Strong knowledge of modern product practices with experience in research, synthesis, ideation, and testing within a dual-track model

Salary Range Information:
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range:
$130000 - $170000 / year
Time Off Program:
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

This role offers an in-office and hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek) work arrangement in Des Moines, IA.
