The Assistant Director plays a vital role in supporting the work of The Clark Fund and the broader Advancement team at Clark University. This position provides essential organizational and administrative support, manages the Clark Fund student worker program, coordinates and executes events, and oversees the Clark Fund inbox and phone line while delivering responsive, high-quality customer service to alumni, parents, and friends. The role also manages key administrative and financial functions, including credit card reconciliation, requisitions, and office supply ordering; while ensuring efficient office operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technologically proficient, and proactive, with strong communication skills, an understanding of development work, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while advancing the mission of Clark University and the impact of higher education advancement.
