Job Summary: The Assistant Director of Technology Support provides strategic leadership and direct supervision of technical teams responsible for the district's technology support and service delivery to internal and external stakeholders. The position also directs the planning, procurement, deployment, repair, and lifecycle asset management of district equipment, as well as management of associated budgets and contracts. The Assistant Director partners with school and department leadership to ensure instructional and operational needs are being met and align support with district goals, compliance requirements, and best practices. The position also contributes to the development of policies, procedures, and operational standards and knowledgebase documentation to support efficient and sustainable technology services.
