The iconic Beverly Hilton is looking for an Assistant Director of Outlets to join the Food & Beverage Team!

This Forbes 4-Star hotel has over 500 rooms, 60,000 square feet of banquet space, and 4 food and beverage outlets. This includes 2 restaurants, a lounge, and in-room dining.

In this role, you will oversee operations in Circa 55, IRD, and the pool. You will report to the Director of Outlets and have 2 F&B Managers and ~40-50 hourly team members reporting to you.

- Shape guest satisfaction strategies: Collaborate with the Director of Restaurants to define and implement guest service standards, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and helping to drive solutions that elevate the guest experience
- Oversee outlet performance: Work closely with outlet managers to ensure high-quality standards are met across all food and beverage service areas, supporting daily operations and driving continuous improvements
- Maximize revenue opportunities: Support the development and implementation of strategies to promote restaurant food, beverages, and services in alignment with food & beverage marketing programs
- Cultivate a high-performing team: Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
- Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
