TITLE: Assistant Director of Human Resources
REPORTS TO: Executive Director of Human Resources
SALARY: Grade 12 ($52,170-$72,170)
ROLE: The Assistant Director of Human Resources works in partnership with the Executive Director of Human Resources to oversee all facets of HR operations and manage the complete employee life cycle, from onboarding through retirement. This role ensures adherence to federal and state regulations, provides guidance to administration on workforce strategy and employment policies, and aligns HR practices with the institutions mission, objectives, and budget. The Assistant Director of Human Resources handles the departments day-to-day activities, directly manages the HRIS system, and collaborates closely with the Santa Fe Human Resources team. This role serves as the acting director when the executive director is unavailable.
