Position Details
General Statement
This position supports a high-impact, multi-year advising program serving approximately 1,300 students annually who are preparing for health profession programs. The assistant director provides individualized and group coaching to help students build competitive applications, including academic preparation, clinical experience, and professional development.
In addition to direct student support, this role supervises a team of approximately 20 peer advisors and mentors, contributes to program operations, and partners with the Director and student success coordinator to support application processes, data tracking, and program evaluation. This is a fully in-person position that requires strong technology skills to effectively support students using online application systems and virtual advising tools.
