Job Summary:
The Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life seeks a motivated, engaged, student-centered professional to serve as Assistant Director. Reporting to the Associate Director, the Assistant Director supports the fraternity and sorority community through leadership development, program planning, and risk management efforts, as well as serving as the advisor to the Interfraternity Council (IFC). As part of a team of five full-time professionals, this role partners with student leaders to guide council operations, community programming, opportunities to represent the office and community on key committees with campus partners and supervise a Graduate Assistant.

Job Responsibilities:
Preferred Qualifications:
· Masters Degree in Higher Education Administration, College Student Personnel or relatable field
· (2) Two year professional fraternity and sorority advising experience.
· Strong knowledge of fraternity and sorority life systems.
· Commitment to student development.
· Demonstrated leadership, supervision, and crisis management skills.
Working Conditions:
· Standard office environment with occasional evening or weekend hours required for events or special projects.
