The Assistant Director of Finance provides senior-level financial leadership for the Engineering, Facilities & Maintenance and Project Design & Construction divisions within Albert Einstein College of Medicine (AECOM). This role operates in a unionized labor environment and supports complex facilities operations and capital programs for AECOM.
The Assistant Director of Finance is responsible for ensuring sound financial stewardship, transparency, and compliance while partnering closely with operational leaders to manage operating budgets, capital investments, procurement, and long-range financial planning. The role balances fiscal discipline, procurement and operational functions with the mission-driven priorities of patient care, education, and research.

Albert Einstein College of Medicine considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
Minimum Salary Range: USD $140,000.00/Yr. Maximum Salary Range: USD $165,000.00/Yr.
