As the Assistant Director of Facilities - Housing and McCloskey, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:

  • Provides direct and regular supervision to all maintenance technician staff employed or contracted by the CCHO or MCSC.
  • Maintains a system to record and track all tools and equipment belonging to CCHO maintenance department.
  • Responsible for the implementation of preventive maintenance procedures for heating, plumbing and electrical systems.
  • In conjunction with the Director of Facilities, serves as a consultant to the Catholic Charities Executive Directors for property and maintenance questions.
  • Responds to emergencies during "off hours".
  • Participates in Section 8, Building Code, and Regulatory Agency inspections.
  • Manages work orders utilizing organization-provided software.
  • Troubleshoots and repairs equipment, machinery, and systems.
  • Ensures the completion of maintenance tasks including but not limited to painting, dry wall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
Assistant Director of Facilities Salary: $ 62,355 annually

Assistant Director of FacilitiesSchedule: 37.5 hours/week
  • Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in a related field
  • 1 - 3 years of experience working with a diverse population
  • VALID driver's license, proof of current car insurance and registration and access to a reliable, working vehicle
