Community Agency for Senior Citizens (CASC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping Staten Islanders age 60 and older live as independently as possible in their communities. CASC works collaboratively with older adults, honoring their independence, life experiences, and the importance of family, friends, and community support.
Position Overview:The Assistant Director of Case Management supports the Program Director in overseeing the daily operations and quality of the Case Management Program. This role provides leadership, supervision, staff training, quality assurance, and operational support to help ensure high-quality services for older adults. The Assistant Director collaborates with community partners, oversees program data and workflow, and supports compliance with NYC Aging standards.
