About BetterMynd
BetterMynd is on a mission to make high-quality mental health care more accessible to college students. Through our nationwide network of licensed therapists and innovative technology, we partner with colleges and universities to expand counseling capacity and improve student outcomes. We are a mission-driven, high-growth organization that cares deeply about the impact we make-for students and for each other. Our team brings energy, curiosity, and a competitive spirit to an emerging and meaningful space at the intersection of higher education and mental health.
About the Role
The Assistant Director of Campus Relations is a full-cycle sales role focused on driving new business within small- to mid-sized higher education institutions. This is an opportunity for an ambitious, early-career sales professional to accelerate their growth and build an Enterprise Account Executive path. This is not a BDR/SDR role-you will own the entire sales process, from prospecting through close. You'll be responsible for generating pipeline, leading conversations with campus decision-makers, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and ultimately closing new partnerships that expand access to care for students nationwide.
What You'll Do
Own and manage the full sales cycle-from outbound prospecting to contract execution
Proactively generate pipeline through phone, email, and social selling strategies
Lead discovery conversations to understand institutional needs and challenges
Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations with authenticity and confidence
Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking using HubSpot
Represent BetterMynd with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of purpose
What Makes You a Great Fit
You are passionate about expanding access to mental health care and believe in the value of higher education
You are a natural communicator who builds trust quickly and navigates conversations with confidence
You thrive in a competitive, goal-oriented environment and are motivated to win
You are resourceful, proactive, and take ownership of your results
You actively seek feedback and are committed to continuous growth
Qualifications
Required:

On-Target Earnings: $95,000-$110,000 (including base and commission)
Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision) and 401(k)
Flexible time off policy
Remote work flexibility and home office support
Company-provided technology and equipment
Professional development stipend
Company retreats, events, and team gatherings
The opportunity to own your territory and make a meaningful impact on students' lives
