What will you be responsible for?

At Market of Hilliard, we believe that leaders are those who influence change and set an example of service for our team members. Some specific responsibilities include:

  • Support excellence in daily Operations of a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
  • Responsible for leading shift operations, ensuring excellence in flow of business
  • Oversees team members, following all labor law requirements and conducting disciplinary action, when necessary
  • Develop other leaders, through coaching, feedback and one-on-one development
  • Create and maintain Food Safety processes in all areas of the restaurant
  • Maintain Chick-fil-A's high standards for Food Quality, cleanliness, and service excellence
  • Handle machines, equipment and inventory with the utmost integrity and attention to detail
  • Faithful Stewardship of truck ordering, inventory, FIFO and distributor relationships
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming kitchen and work environment
  • Work collaboratively with fellow team members and leaders
  • Ensure assembly of timely and excellent Catering Orders
  • Follow restaurant policies, including dress code and health & safety guidelines
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by leadership
