Position Summary Reporting to the Director of Admissions, the Assistant Director of Law School Admissions is responsible for managing admissions-related social media, recruiting, file review, and student ambassadors. This position requires substantial travel during the fall semester (September - November) as well as weekend and evening hours.
Essential Functions • Serves as a member of the committee that reviews a high volume of applicant files. • Conducts off-campus candidate recruitment. • Serves as the admissions representative for the Law School at national and regional recruitment fairs and forums. • Maintains correspondence with prospective students. • Maintains recruitment calendar for all LSAC forms and Professional Graduate Fairs. • Leads and grows the current student ambassador program and its engagement with admitted students. • Manages all social media outlets related to both prospective and admitted students.

Additional Functions Supports Associate Director in hosting high-profile Admitted Student Yield Events both off and on campus.
Required Qualifications Education and Experience • Bachelors degree. • Minimum of two years experience in college recruiting.
Required Qualifications Knowledge and Skills • High attention to detail. • Superior communication and presentation skills. • Proven ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality. • Proficiency with Google and Microsoft Office suites.
Preferred Qualifications Minimum Starting Salary $66,555 Maximum Starting Salary $72,000 Note Salary is commensurate with qualifications, experience, and skills.
