Assistant Director, K-12 Delivery Specialist (2 Openings)
Location: Remote (with travel)

Pay: $50/hour

We’re excited to partner with our client to hire two Assistant Directors, K-12 Delivery Specialists to support national digital testing initiatives that impact millions of students.

About the Role:
You’ll play a critical role in delivering SAT and PSAT assessments across school districts—serving as a key point of contact for schools, supporting test readiness, and ensuring smooth execution on test day. This is a highly visible, fast-paced role requiring strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as the primary escalation point for district and school test coordinators
• Lead trainings, readiness outreach, and “white-glove” support for testing sites
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
• Ensure schools are fully prepared for testing (technology, training, materials)
• Identify trends and recommend process improvements
• Support high-priority, time-sensitive test delivery challenges

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in K-12 education, ed-tech, or assessment delivery
• Strong communication skills and experience working with educators/stakeholders
• Experience leading trainings, webinars, or workshops
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Smartsheet (plus AI tools is a bonus)
• Willingness to travel (up to ~50% depending on need)

Additional Details:

• Fully remote with potential travel (primarily around key testing periods)
• Full-time hours on a contract basis
• Fast-moving process—candidates must be ready to onboard prior to 7/14
