Chick-fil-A Glastonbury is looking for a passionate and experienced Director to lead a seasoned and motivated team.
The ideal candidate will develop team members and leaders to meet business goals. That person will also have:

- Energetic and able to relate well with team members in the restaurant and particularly the community

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Handle Day-to-Day needs of Operations
- Drive Thru Reporting
- Drives continuous improvement within our culture and systems
- Oversees inventory management and month end processes
- Engages team members in conversations relating to personal and professional growth
- 35 hours a week spent in operations and 5 hours a week out of operations
Requirements
- Must have nights AND weekend availability
- Must have 2+ year's experience in a leadership position
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Must be available on Saturdays
