As a Director, you will partner closely with the Owner/Operator to execute the organizational strategy of Chick-fil-A Market of Hilliard to grow the business, achieve high standards of excellence and cultivate a culture of care for team members and guests. • Ability to Open and/or Close the restaurant – keyholder responsibilities

What will you be responsible for?

At Market of Hilliard, we believe that leaders are those who influence change and set an example of service for our team members. Some specific responsibilities include:

• Support excellence in daily Operations of a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Responsible for leading shift operations, ensuring excellence in flow of business
• Oversees team members, following all labor law requirements and conducting disciplinary action, when necessary
• Respectful and Immediate response to guest needs 
• Develop other leaders, through coaching, feedback and one-on-one development
• Take and Assemble Catering Orders
• Deliver genuine hospitality by smiling, making eye contact, and engaging warmly with guests
• Take and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and welcoming dining area and work environment
• Handle cash, register tills, and safe with the utmost integrity and attention to detail
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members
• Maintain Chick-fil-A's high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and service excellence
• Follow restaurant policies, including dress code and health & safety guidelines
• Assist with other duties as assigned by leadership
