Job Description:
Responsible for the creation and development of programs and activities in the Student Inclusion and Belonging Office (SIB) to advance the University's commitment to the core value of intentional inclusion. Plays a lead role in cultivating a culture of inclusion across campus where all students can find a space of belonging on campus. In coordination with the Director, ensures the success of SIB's educational programs and activities as well as develops future initiatives that promote student inclusion and belonging and dialogue across difference both within SIB itself and in close collaboration with partners internal and external to the University.
