  • Responsible for assisting with football support operations including day-to-day operation of the program, travel, and programmatic structure (liaison to dining/nutrition, equipment, compliance, etc.).

  • Works directly with compliance office to ensure the football program adheres to NCAA regulations in its operation

  • Assists with planning and directing all aspects of team travel itineraries for away games

  • Plans and executes all logistics of pre-season training camp

  • Oversees and directs all special events as assigned

  • Coordinate all aspects of football youth summer camps

  • Assist with all program recruiting needs as requested, including official and unofficial visits

  • Represent the football program and Vanderbilt Athletic Department in a professional manner

  • Comply with NCAA and SEC rules and regulations

  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations, Chief of Staff, and/or Head Coach

Education & Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree is necessary.

  • Prior experience with football operations at the college and/or professional level is necessary.

  • Organized, detail oriented and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision is necessary.
