Position: Administrator/Assistant Director

As a leadership team member, your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a culture of support within the school for staff, families and children
  • Cultivating an environment committed to health and safety
  • Learning essential functions allowing you to support and inspire
  • Supporting teachers and classroom success
  • Maintaining licensing standards
  • Supporting enrollment and team development

Salary Range: $18-$21

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Administration or a related field
  • Experience in a childcare setting (must meet all licensing requirements)
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles
  • Knowledge of licensing requirements and regulations related to childcare programs
  • Professional, flexible and enthusiastic team player, eager to learn
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in administration, including record-keeping, scheduling, and technology
  • Capable of performing essential physical job functions, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
