Pro Systems Inc, is looking for a Customer Service Representative as well as someone to assist the Service Manager with daily activities in the office. The job is Monday through Friday 7:30AM to 4:00PM. Some of the duties required would be:
Answering calls Answering E Mails Scheduling Estimates Billing Customer Service Filing Creating work orders Setting up new accounts Data Entry Assisting techs (with apps, putting accounts on test, adding/ removing account information etc.) Checking the PO Box daily Possible bank runs Possibility to run equipment to the technicians on job sites
