Knowledge of nutritional requirements of National School Lunch and Breakfast Programs as established by the USDA
Based on written recipes, understand and prepare the daily menu, alternate menu selections, and a la carte items as planned
Ability to understand and follow established HACCP, safety, and sanitation regulations
Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, faculty and students to establish and strengthen professional working relationships
