Prepare financial statements for Condo Associations Manage asset replacement reserve study Support payroll processing as needed Assist with month-end close and financial reporting Perform audits, reconciliations, and journal entries Complete tax filings and rental reports Track capital projects and maintain depreciation schedules Attend and record Finance Committee meetings
Additional Duties
Support annual audits and inventory counts Reconcile bank accounts Prepare reports and assist with special projects
Qualifications
5+ years of accounting experience Strong understanding of accounting principles (including double-entry) Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience with computerized accounting systems Hospitality accounting experience preferred
