This position serves as a key Business Partner to the General Manager, focusing on Division financial performance, strategic review, and team leadership.
Responsibilities include overseeing financial statements, month-end close, inventory management, capital expenditures, and supporting audits.
It also involves managing HR functions such as employee benefits, leaves, workplace investigations, and compliance, along with developing and leading the Accounting team.
Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in finance systems and MS Office.
