Requirements

• Automotive dealership accounting experience is REQUIRED
• CDK experience preferred 
• Strong understanding of dealership office operations
• Must be able to hire, properly staff, and train office personnel
• Ability to lead and develop a strong accounting office team
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
