What you will do:

• Oversee day to day month end accounting functions for multiple funds, including GL activity, expense processing and maintenance of the accounting system.
• Review of fund NAV deliverables
• Review calculations of management fees, incentive/performance fees and others
• Manage external audit process
• Mange tax compliance on K-1 preparation

What qualifications you will bring:

• Bachelors Degree Required
• CPA required
• 5+ years accounting within a hedge fund, asset management or investment company
• Knowledge of hedge fund investment strategies
