This role supports commercial construction projects by assisting the Superintendent with on-site coordination, scheduling, quality control, and field operations. Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, coordinating with subcontractors and design teams, and helping ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to spec across mid- to large-scale projects.

Description
Responsibilities Include:
- Create and manage project schedules to meet deadlines and budget.
- Meet with clients to understand their construction needs.
- Coordinate building inspections with the Building Inspector.
- Work closely with the Construction Manager and Project Manager to oversee daily activities.
- Update and maintain project reports in the company database.
- Attend meetings to ensure smooth project management.
- Ensure construction sites are properly equipped and staffed.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops for skill development.
- Ensure safety guidelines are followed on-site.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and the team, fostering strong relationships.
Profile
- 3+ years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent (Commercial ground-up construction preferred.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- OSHA Certified + Software-savvy.
- Experience working on projects valued at $10M+ or more.
