Key Responsibilities for the Assistant Controller:
• Oversee daily accounting operations including cash flow, AR, payroll, and month‑end close
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, accruals, and executive reporting
• Manage treasury functions such as bank reconciliations, wires, and account maintenance
• Support budgeting, forecasting, tax filings, audits, and ongoing process improvements
Qualifications for the Assistant Controller:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience with QuickBooks preferred
