Assistant Community Manager
Rohnert Park, CA | $28-35/hr | Temp-to-Hire
Are you ready to take the next step in your property management career? We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations at a thriving residential community in Rohnert Park. This is an excellent opportunity for a leasing professional looking to grow into a leadership role while gaining hands-on experience in community operations.
Responsibilities
Support day-to-day property operations and resident services
Assist with rent collection, resident communications, and lease administration
Coordinate resident requests and ensure timely issue resolution
Partner with the Community Manager to maintain occupancy and resident satisfaction
Assist with reporting, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks
Help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
1-2+ years of property management or leasing experience
Experience with Entrata preferred; Yardi accepted
Strong resident relations and customer service skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Open to experienced leasing professionals seeking career advancement

Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM

Temp-to-hire opportunity with conversion target of 2-4 months

Pay Details: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour
