What We're Looking For
2+ years of multifamily property management experience
Previous Assistant Community Manager or strong Leasing Professional experience preferred
Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with delinquency, collections, and resident accounts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Entrata experience is a plus)
Positive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional resident experiences
What You'll Do
Support daily operations alongside the Community Manager
Assist with leasing, resident retention, and marketing initiatives
Manage resident accounts, collections, and delinquency
Deliver exceptional service to residents and prospects
Help achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction goals
Support hiring, training, and development of onsite team members
Maintain compliance with company policies and property standards
