Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour based on experience (Hourly non-exempt position)

Requirements
At least two years of experience in on-site property management.
Minimum of one year experience as Assistant Community Manager on an apartment community.
Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
Must be able to work one Saturday per month with an alternative day off during the week.
