Hourly non-exempt position

***Quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team in the Dallas Medical District! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements

  • At least 2 years of leasing consultant experience in on-site property management.
  • Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
  • Must be able to work on Saturdays as needed.

Work Days: Monday – Friday
Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
