Job Summary
The Assistant Coach / Director of Operations is a full-time member of the Michigan Men's Gymnastics coaching staff responsible for assisting the Head Coach in all aspects of building and sustaining a nationally competitive NCAA championship program. This position combines technical coaching responsibilities with administrative leadership to ensure the program operates efficiently while providing an exceptional student-athlete experience.
The position serves as a key liaison among student-athletes, athletic department staff, alumni, donors, recruits, and external organizations while helping foster a culture of excellence, integrity, and academic success.

Director of Operations Responsibilities
The Director of Operations will report to the Head Coach of Men's Gymnastics. The Director of Operations will be responsible for administering all the year-round activities and operations of the men's gymnastics program. The Director's responsibilities are restricted and defined by NCAA and Big Ten rules and guidelines, as well as University policies. This position will work cooperatively with student-athletes, coaches, and athletic department staff.
