Works with the head coach in all facets of the Women's soccer program to ensure a quality program and successful Division I team. Responsible for player development, scouting, recruiting coordination, community relations, scheduling, academic supervision, and equipment management. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or state recognized equivalent.
  • Experience as a competitor and/or coach at the club, college, or international level, or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to establish driver eligibility under CSU's Driving and Motor Vehicle Policy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in sports management or related field.
  • Experience in practice and game day coaching of goal keepers.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Knowledge of NCAA and conference rules and legislation and committed to abiding by them.
  • Strong organizational and excellent interpersonal skills and have a "Customer Focus" attitude and delivery.
  • Possess the ability to effectively plan and coordinate, establish and maintain effective working relationships and prioritize workloads based on available resources.
  • Possess the ability to manage projects, meet deadlines and tackle emergencies and difficult situations.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and decision-making abilities.
  • Possess a high degree of confidentiality to available information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
