Assist the head coach in all aspects of a Division I lightweight women's rowing program committed to competitive excellence, athlete development, and a world-class student-athlete experience. The assistant coach will help foster a positive, high-performance team culture while supporting the athletic, academic, and personal growth of Boston University student-athletes.



Required Skills

B.A./B.S. and one to three years coaching and collegiate rowing experience. Knowledge of and adherence to NCAA, Intercollegiate Rowing Association, and University rules and regulations.
