Position Title Assistant Coach, Softball Job Duties

The Assistant Softball Coach plays a vital role in student-athlete development, NJCAA compliance, and regional talent acquisition. This position collaborates directly with the Head Coach to elevate team performance on the field, maintain a high team GPA, and recruit student-athletes capable of competing at the two-year level and transitioning to four-year programs. We are searching for a coach who specializes in pitching.

Firm knowledge of pitching.

Required experience

Previous experience as coach and/or player in respective sport.

Required educational background

Bachelors degree preferred.
